The author Jim Lyons is a former C.E.O. of Clare VEC and has much experience presenting at staff development days throughout the country on many of the areas outlined in the Publication. Indeed the book, ‘School in Changing Times’ is greatly influenced by the knowledge and wisdom of the author’s contact with schools, boards of management and V.E.C.s.
