How does the Law look at issues relating to school discipline when they reach the Courts? Issues relating to a teacher’s authority, discipline inside and outside school, recent statutory requirements analysed, Natural Justice/Due Process requirements, appeals under sections 28 and 29, codes of behaviour, new rules on suspensions and expulsions, discipline and school safety.
