SunSmart School Webinar for Post-Primary School Teachers

Join the HSE NCCP for an engaging online webinar designed to help post primary teachers build a clear understanding of the SunSmart School Accreditation Programme. This 90-minute session introduces the SunSmart 5 S’s, outlines the accreditation process, and highlights the dangers of sunbed use. Teachers will also explore a wide range of SunSmart educational resources, learn about the Marie Keating Foundation Schools Cancer Awareness Programme, and see practical case studies showing how schools are successfully embedding SunSmart principles into daily practice. By the end of the webinar, teachers will feel confident in promoting a SunSmart culture, supporting whole school sun safety initiatives, and taking the next steps toward becoming a SunSmart accredited school.
