This practical and empowering session introduces teachers to a range of everyday tools to reduce stress, boost resilience, and bring greater calm into their classrooms and lives.


This session will cover:

· Breath, body, and emotional regulation techniques

· Practical self-care routines - supporting your pillars of wellbeing 

· Building sustainable inner strength


Learning Outcomes:
The programme will help participants:

· Integrate micro-wellbeing practices to stay grounded throughout the school day

· Model calm and emotional steadiness for students during high-pressure moments

· Strengthen mental and emotional fitness - and resilience with accessible daily habits
