This webinar will provide an overview of Positive Psychology, which is the science of wellbeing. Positive Psychology is an evidence-based field that explores the factors which allow us to flourish and thrive in life, despite its inevitable challenges and difficulties. It includes topics such as Character Strengths, Positive Emotions, Meaning, Positive Relationships and Resilience. Participants will explore how it can be used to enhance their own wellbeing as a teacher, and also how to apply it in the school setting.
