This CPD course of three workshops is designed to help School Secretaries develop and enhance their ability to co-ordinate and manage daily tasks through the highs and lows of busy days.

Session 1: Workload Management               

Examine how to best manage a complex and dynamic school environment by re-visiting effective strategies for managing a busy workload with tips and tricks for Office 365 as well as utilising your school's MIS to it's optimum level.
